Dave did a 900 square foot addition on our house and hiring him was the best decision we ever made. 6 months pregnant with a fourth on the way, being displaced from our room, living in the basement and this could’ve been a recipe for disaster. But, instead, Dave’s honesty, loyalty to the job, and upstanding character made him an absolute breeze to work with. From day 1, he was up front about everything and anything. He was responsive and, to this day, almost two years after the project, he continues to be. We have had a couple of questions about the work he did and he is happy to give advice and guidance on how to proceed. If you are looking for a kind, honest, responsive, and responsible builder – Dave is for you. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
