Dave did a ton of custom work for us. He helped us turn one of our rooms into a library, repainted the interior of our home, installed a laundry shoot, installed a door and even put in slatwall and gridwall in our work room. His work was of the highest quality and always very well though through. We liked his work so much that we did hired him again to redo the floors, cabinets, a bathroom and wall at the house we moved out of to prep it for sale. I cannot recommend him enough.

My husband began a DIY remodel of our family room and when it became too complex for him to finish we hired Fagin Construction to bail us out. We are very impressed with Dave’s expertise and skill set. He is professional, courteous, hard-working and has an eye for detail. We have a lot of trim in our room including a ship lap ceiling, beams on the ceiling, crown molding bead board on the walls and built in bookcases. Dave installed all of these beautifully and was a creative problem-solver whenever something unexpected arose on the job. We appreciated his patience with our questions and he communicated with us about his pricing so there were no surprises. Dave kept the space clean and accomplished the job in a timely manner. We are thoroughly pleased with the quality and experience that Dave Fagin brought to our family room remodel. Dave did a 900 square foot addition on our house and hiring him was the best decision we ever made. 6 months pregnant with a fourth on the way, being displaced from our room, living in the basement and this could’ve been a recipe for disaster. But, instead, Dave’s honesty, loyalty to the job, and upstanding character made him an absolute breeze to work with. From day 1, he was up front about everything and anything. He was responsive and, to this day, almost two years after the project, he continues to be. We have had a couple of questions about the work he did and he is happy to give advice and guidance on how to proceed. Fagin Construction handled the remodeling of our bathroom last year. We are very happy with the result.
Dave Fagin has all the aspects that I appreciate in a home remodeler. His workmanship, attention to detail, that he does not cut corners, keeps a clean & orderly workplace – all at a fair price. His experience in all aspects of construction really paid off in his instructions to subcontractors, and his own hands-on activity.
In addition, Dave is very easy to work with. He is very communicative…email, phone, text. We talked easily about options and decisions for materials and layout of the new bathroom. Dave kept me informed about timing and scheduling.
He also coordinates subcontractors very closely and efficiently.

We have had the pleasure of using Dave’s services twice now. First time he repaired some water damage to my daughter’s house after an awful winter. We were very pleased with his work and asked me to give us a quote when we finally decided to remodel our kitchen. We choose Dave’s company and we were not disappointed. He handled a broad range of improvements – re-staining floors, building half walls/new stairs/railings, updating our canned lights, plumbing, electrical and the entire kitchen remodel, not too mention sliding door & window installation. We sit in our kitchen each morning and can’t believe the transformation. He transformed our whole first floor basically! The only thing we regret is not having it done sooner so we could enjoy it for longer.

I’ve used Fagin Construction for a multitude of projects, ranging from installing and replacing baseboards and trim, installing cabinetry, and designing and installing mud room cubbies, and a kitchen window seat with drawers underneath. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Their attention to detail, and care with their work is exceptional. Every project they completed was on time and on budget.
